seller review and giveaway!

i love to blog about giveaways, and this is my first time hosting! i picked a seller whose work i’m especially fond of–genuinearticle. not only is she having this giveaway, but everything in her shop is on SALE–15% off through march 17th!

sarah makes most of the jewelry in her shop, and her mother juanita chips in with some creations as well. there’s a wonderful variation of well-made pieces with prices to fit any budget. you can get cute phone charms or zipper pulls for under $10, or you can get grade A pearls. here’s an example of her gorgeous pearls–i love this necklace.

her rings are gorgeous and well-made. when i ordered her hematite cubed ring, she custom made it for my size (no extra charge!)–and it fit perfectly when it came. now i wear it all the time! i don’t pay much attention to my hands, beauty-wise, but when i wear the ring my hands feel more feminine, more elegant. others notice too–the ring has gotten a lot of compliments! like many of her rings, it features a simple setting to showcase the beauty of the stone, and the setting is skillfully done. she uses all sorts of lovely stones in her rings…here’s one with copper and agate:

i also own a pair of earrings that she made, with lovely lapis dangling from hand-hammered sterling earwires. they’re yet another example of how simplicity in design can be gorgeous. i could wax rhapsodic about the beauty of lapis, but i suspect that you want to hear about the giveaway too!
